2. Products & Pricing

We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, sizing information, and pricing displayed on our Site are as accurate as possible. However, please note:

  • Colours & Images: Due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions, actual product colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. We strive to represent our pieces as faithfully as possible.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price you see at the time of checkout is the price you pay.

  • Availability: All items are subject to availability. While we endeavour to keep our inventory accurate, there may be instances where an item becomes out of stock after you have placed an order. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives, store credit, or a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Shipping restrictions to your region

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email serves as acknowledgement of your order, not as acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a Shipping Confirmation email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note:

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.

  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Key conditions include:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • Sale items, final sale items, and intimate wear (such as lingerie or swimwear) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons — please check the product page for specific details.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit without proof of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

We love seeing how you style your Ready Brides pieces! If you choose to share photos, reviews, or comments on our Site or social media channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for marketing and promotional purposes.

By submitting content, you confirm that you own the rights to it and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to our brand.
